@axxuy I did a few things to help me with that problem that has worked to reduce my screen time and “pickups”. But it cost an arm and a leg to accomplish LOL

I have the MacBook, specifically for my creative work. Photography, Video editing, Writing.
I have the iPad, which only contains my procrastination apps, like Social Media, YouTube and some office lighting automation.
My iPhone only has my personal ID stuff, no social media. It’s a phone, you can ring me and message me (on chosen messaging apps like Signal).
Then I have the Watch - that’s only for notifications of phone calls and messages from specific people, nothing more.

It’s weird when you think you get a buzz in your pocket, check phone to see nothing.
